Because the studio is Italian and the work is concept design, not construction. Interiors are conceived by our architects and photographed by the same hands in 3D — plans, specifications and images. None of that is made on site, and being in Italy is where the furniture, stone and art we specify actually come from.
It works in your favour. We are on email and calls from 7am to 4pm New York time, Monday to Saturday — earlier than most desks open, and through your whole day. Work sent at the end of your afternoon is reviewed while you sleep and waiting when you return.
Floor plans with dimensions, any existing photography, and a sentence on who the residence is for. From that we return a proposal: the rooms we would design, the deliverables, a schedule and a price. Once it is agreed, the concept comes first and the renders follow it.
Photoreal stills of the rooms we design, at print and web resolution, with every piece named and credited to its maker — Moroso, Poliform, Minotti, Rimadesio and the rest. Film, 360 tours and finishes boards are quoted alongside. The exact count is set per residence.
Per residence, after we have seen the plans and the scope. There is no rate card, because a two-room pied-à-terre and a full-floor listing are not the same piece of work. Pricing on request, and the figure in the proposal is the figure.
There are two review points: the concept, where furniture and finishes are still open, and the draft render, where framing and light are set. Changes at those two stages are part of the work. The number of rounds included is written into each proposal.
Yes. We sign an NDA on request, and unreleased addresses and plans stay off this site and out of our portfolio until you release them. Nothing is published without the agency's written go-ahead.
